If you enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for safety and the customer experience, this could be the job for you—one that literally pays you to travel while serving America's passengers. ## What You'll Do You'll operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Your day involves following designated routes and schedules while making necessary adjustments when required. Passenger comfort and safety are paramount—you'll ensure travelers receive assistance when needed and help them with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings. Before and after each trip, you'll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to confirm the bus is in good working condition. Any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents get reported to the appropriate authorities. You'll also follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents according to company protocols, keep detailed records of miles driven and fuel usage, and stay current on company policies and safety procedures. ## What We're Looking For You must hold a fully licensed Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction. You need to be at least 22 years of age and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen. This is a full-time position only, and you should be able to work a varied schedule based on regional driver needs. ## What We Offer Compensation ranges from USD $27.53 to USD $31.28 per hour.
