Duties • Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy. • Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently. • Assist with order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes to meet customer delivery deadlines. • Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards. • Conduct stock stocking, materials handling, and shipping & receiving tasks with precision. • Support manufacturing or construction-related activities by handling materials and operating heavy equipment as needed. • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by performing regular housekeeping duties and safety inspections. Qualifications • Prior warehouse experience or background in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. • Certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable. • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. • Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking, order picking, packing, or load/unload activities. • Experience with RF scanners, order picker equipment, or warehouse management systems (WMS) will be advantageous. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to support inventory control and order accuracy.
