Responsibilities • Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently • Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, stocking, and replenishment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) • Assist with order picking & packing to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately using order picker tools and AS400 systems • Handle shipping & receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking • Conduct materials handling activities such as loading/unloading trucks, heavy lifting, and palletizing goods for storage or shipment • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA safety standards and mechanical best practices • Support warehouse supervision by participating in inventory audits, process improvements, and safety training initiatives Qualifications • Prior warehouse experience or related manufacturing background preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued • Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or pallet jacks; certification is a plus • Mechanical knowledge or construction background beneficial for understanding equipment maintenance and safety procedures • Strong inventory management skills with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 platforms • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift • Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety and materials handling practices • Excellent attention to detail for order picking & packing accuracy and inventory control tasks Join us now as we build a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
