Requirements Primary Responsibilities: • Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions • Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy • Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly • Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response • Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency’s dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim. Experience and Skills: • Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience- focus on high net worth clients preferred. • Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills • Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred • Strong work ethic and critical thinking • Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
