You'll serve as the operational backbone for the Brand team — driving clarity, accountability, and momentum from project kickoff through final delivery. As the strategic executor who bridges creative vision and operational excellence, you'll partner closely with creative leadership to transform big ideas into actionable plans while managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables with precision.Your day-to-dayAct as executional partner to creative and strategy leads, translating high-level objectives into actionable project plans for both in-house creative and external productionOversee pre-production and post-production processes both internally and with external agencies and or partnershipsLead end-to-end project management across multiple creative workstreams, from initial scoping through final delivery, acting as an executional partner to creative and strategy leadsDevelop comprehensive project timelines, tracking key milestones and dependencies to ensure on-time completion. You're detailed-oriented, organized, and accountable to yourself and othersMaintain and refine project management systems, developing new resources and processes to continuously improve creative operations, building systems and leaning on ai automation when neededManage stakeholder expectations and feedback cycles while maintaining creative integrity, and holding team members accountable.
