Overview • Provide temporary reception coverage for a special event, ensuring smooth operations and professional visitor interactions. • Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, forwarding calls, and managing visitor greetings. • Support the client’s holiday party by delivering excellent customer service and operational assistance. • Work on-site for two days, including one day for training and one for the event. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction. • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Answer incoming calls professionally, forward calls accurately, and manage phone inquiries. • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process. • Provide administrative support during the event, including documentation and coordination tasks. • Collaborate with event staff to ensure all reception-related needs are met effectively. • Maintain a professional and organized reception area during the event. • Assist in training and preparation for event day operations. Job Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles; 4 years preferred. • Proficiency in handling phone systems and visitor management processes. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage event-related tasks effectively. • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic event environments. • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
