Overview • Lead and manage carpentry projects within a diverse portfolio, ensuring quality and timely completion. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and allocate resources effectively. • Supervise construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols. • Monitor project progress, resolving issues and maintaining communication with clients. • Utilize expertise in carpentry to oversee technical aspects of construction projects. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. • Contribute to the growth and development of the carpentry subdivision. • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all project activities. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. • Resolve conflicts and challenges to maintain project momentum. • Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members. • Prepare and submit project documentation and reports. • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills.
