Food Service Cook job at Greenfield Public Schools. Greenfield, MA. DUTIES: ? Prepare same-day meal service for up to 1000 students daily ? Prepare for next day service as needed (i.e. safely thawing food items) ? Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed ? Follow strict food safety protocols ? Follow strict portion control and nutrition guidelines for all foods ? Fill out daily production records ? Assist Cafeteria Lead with ordering and inventory ? Any other duties as assigned by the managers or the director SALARY: As per negotiated contract and based on experience. (Eligible for benefits). HOURS: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM STARTING DATE: August 28, 2023
