Salary: $100,000-120,000 BizOpsAnalyst Location: Remote Why This Role Matters As aBizOpsAnalyst atGreenbox, you help define how the companyoperates, scales, and makes decisions. You turn implicit business logic into clear, structured workflows powering underwriting, renewals, funding, and cross-functional operations. You support the C-suite and senior leaders whilelayingthe foundation for scalable automation and AI-enabled operations. What Success Looks Like • Bring clarity to ambiguous processes and decision paths. • Capture business logic in a waythatstrusted, reusable, and easy tomaintain. • Reduce operational friction by redesigning workflows andidentifyingscalable fixes. • Partner with product and technology teams to ensure systems, including GPTs and agents, behave in line with business intent. • Become a go-to resource for how processes work and where they should evolve. HowYoullBe Measured • Quality, completeness, and accessibility of process maps and documentation. • Reduction in bottlenecks and operational pain points. • Timeliness and reliability of deliverables. • Alignment between documented business rules and actual system behavior. • Adoption and sustained use of improved workflows. WhatYoullDo • Interviewstakeholders across teams to uncover the real rules behind underwriting, renewals, approvals, and routing. • Capture logic in structured formats like YAML/JSON rules, flow diagrams, decision trees, and SOPs. • Investigate issues such as drop-off rates, misrouted leads,approvalfriction, and documentation gaps, then design durable solutions. • Partner with product and engineering to translate business intent into workflows, triggers, and logic. • Support testing and validation of GPT/agent flows and automated processes. • Maintain clarity and traceability across systems including fields, statuses, and exception paths. What Youve Done Before • 35+ years inBizOps, management consulting, or similar analytical, cross-functional roles. • Top-tier or Big 4 consulting experience is a strong plus. • Hands-on experience mapping workflows, documenting logic, and improving processes. • Exposure to high-growth environments, financial services, lending, underwriting, or fintech operations is a plus. Tools and ExpertiseYoullBring • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. • Experience with structured formats like YAML, JSON,Airtable, or Notion. • Comfort using process mapping tools likeLucidchart, Miro, or Whimsical. • Exposure to AI/automation tooling such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI,LangChain, or Zapier. • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
