Role Summary We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead our account management team, drive revenue through direct sales, and expand our network of manufacturer’s reps and distributors. This fully remote, hands-on role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who can balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and Coach the Sales Team: Manage and develop account managers to meet or exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management and performance reviews. Manage a Personal Book of Business: Maintain key client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Build a Rep Network: Recruit, train, and support manufacturer’s reps and distributors to expand national coverage and strengthen brand presence. Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and deepen client partnerships. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and quoting teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and excellent service.
