This role translates enterprise strategies into actionable commercial plans and leads cross-functional deal execution. Responsibilities • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities. • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including sourcing, business case creation, modeling, and negotiation. • Represent BD in internal workstreams and ensure readiness for partner launch. • Ensure deals support enterprise revenue, margin, and compliance requirements. • Deliver reporting and insights to SVP-level leadership. • Build relationships with key external executives and internal stakeholders. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or related fields. • Successful track record closing multi-year commercial partnerships. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Experience influencing senior executives and negotiating strategic matters. • Cross-functional collaboration experience. POSITION TYPE Regular PAY RANGE The targeted base salary for this position is $167,900 to $242,900 per year.
