How You’ll Make an Impact As our Municipal and State Partnership Manager, you’ll drive growth across the Eastern U.S. by developing public sector partnerships, securing municipal and state contracts, and representing GreenArrow’s intelligent infrastructure solutions. You’ll serve as both a strategic business developer and a trusted advisor to the communities we serve. • Identify, pursue, and secure new municipal and state contracts for traffic lights, streetlights, and intelligent traffic systems • Build and maintain strong relationships with city and state officials, transportation departments, and procurement teams • Present GreenArrow’s technical capabilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs • Lead proposal and bid preparation for public sector projects, ensuring compliance with RFPs and regulations • Collaborate with internal operations and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within intelligent transportation systems • Advocate for the customer internally to ensure continuous improvement in our solutions and services • Maintain accountability for contract performance, milestone tracking, and service excellence • Leverage strategic insight and relationship-building expertise to drive long-term success What You Bring • Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or partnership management within the public sector or infrastructure industry • Strong understanding of municipal and state procurement processes and contracting requirements • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning skills • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field preferred • Willingness to travel within the Eastern U.S. to engage directly with clients and project teams About Us GreenArrow unites exceptional infrastructure services companies across the United States to deliver safer, smarter, and more efficient solutions for our communities.
