The Greater Vancouver Chamber is expanding, and we’re seeking a Membership Recruitment Manager to join our team! This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow our network of 1,100+ businesses and organizations across Southwest Washington. We’re looking for a results-oriented professional with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, eager to make a meaningful impact on the regional business community. What You’ll Do • Drive membership growth through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative sales. • Build strong relationships with members to ensure retention, especially key Tier Members. • Represent the Chamber at community and business events. • Collaborate with our Marketing team to highlight new members on social media (including live and recorded content). • Provide monthly reports on KPIs and support the Membership Recruitment & Engagement Committee. • Contribute to Chamber events (setup, operations, and follow-up). What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of successful sales experience (membership or B2B sales preferred), with a track record of steady career growth and impact - We value candidates who demonstrate commitment and progression, rather than frequent short-term moves • Self-motivated with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking (groups of 12–200). • CRM/database experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
