Personal Assistant is responsible for performing various cleaning tasks in a residential setting. They may also assist with laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping, and other household chores. Assignment may include, but not limited to: Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the employer. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages or forward them to the appropriate person. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and provide summaries or action items. Help with daily time management and prioritize tasks for the employer. Run errands as requested, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, mailing packages, etc. Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Coordinate events and speaking engagements, such as parties, dinners, conferences, etc. Draft correspondence, such as emails, letters, thank-you notes, invitations, etc. Source office supplies and other household items and keep track of inventory. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs of employer's business or personal projects12.
