We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with established, active relationships in the commercial property management space, specifically within BOMA and IREM networks. You will be responsible for opening doors, developing portfolio-level relationships, and converting trusted introductions into long-term service agreements. The Business Development Manager will work closely with leadership, Arborists, and marketing to grow commercial accounts across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. The Business Development Manager is classified under the Fair Labor Standards Act, (FLSA), as an exempt position. • Develop and expand relationships with commercial property managers and asset managers across the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County • Leverage existing contacts within BOMA and IREM to generate qualified commercial opportunities • Target portfolio-level accounts (multiple properties, regional managers) • Represent Great Scott Tree Care at BOMA, IREM, and industry networking events • Collaborate with arborists to ensure proposals align with service capabilities and timelines • Maintain an active, disciplined pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates • Established relationships with commercial property managers in BOMA and IREM • Strong understanding of how property management firms evaluate vendors • Comfortable operating independently in a territory-based role SALARY: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 base salary plus commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
