We’re looking for a creative, high-energy self-starter to join our fast-growing home-improvement brand as Employee #2, working directly with the owner. This is a hands-on, deeply involved role for someone who loves connecting with people, creating content, and tackling challenges head-on to help build something meaningful. Knowledge of home improvement or franchise brands is a plus, but not required. What You’ll Do • Call inbound leads, book estimates, and follow up with prospects • Answer incoming calls and provide timely, friendly support • Reach out to property managers, HOAs, and developers to build strong local partnerships • Manage social media, capture photos/videos, and support brand storytelling • Assist with SEO/SEM efforts and be the point of contact for marketing efforts • Jump into special projects and operational tasks to keep the business moving forward • Manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities with confidence Who We’re Looking For • A people-first communicator with exceptional energy and work ethic • Creative with social media, content, photos, videos, and marketing/branding ideas • A true self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction • Confident making calls, nurturing relationships, and driving conversations • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively • Excellent at time management and staying organized in a fast-moving environment • Willing to take calculated risks, adapt quickly, and learn on the fly • Experience with home-improvement or franchise brands is a bonus — but above all, we value hustle, heart, and commitment Why Great Neighbor Fence?
