You will shape the systems, culture, customer experience, and identity of the company alongside the founder. What You'll Do 1. Sales & Customer Engagement • Meet customers, understand their needs, and confidently sell fencing solutions • Build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Prepare and present estimates, follow up, and close deals 2. Project & Operations Management • Schedule and coordinate multiple crews and projects • Ensure materials, equipment, and information are prepped daily • Oversee project execution to maintain quality, speed, and profitability 3. Leadership & Brand Building • Work closely with the owner to develop systems for future franchisees • Shape the company culture and customer experience from day one 4.
