We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in this new territory. Key responsibilities include: • Meeting current and prospective clients at job sites to understand their needs. • Conducting worksite evaluations to match skilled tradespeople with client requirements. • Prospecting leads through cold calling and social networking. • Serving as the primary point of contact for your territory, working closely with your team on worker retention, safety, and client satisfaction. • Setting and achieving financial targets for your territory. What You Bring: • Work ethic: A strong drive to meet goals and make a difference. • Initiative: Willingness to make 100+ field and outbound touches weekly. • Sales skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Adaptability: Self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. • Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, and CRM software. • Relationship building: Ability to expand and maintain connections with clients and industry professionals to gain referrals and new business. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or associate degree (preferred but not required). • 1+ year of sales experience (required). • Experience in staffing, construction, or industrial sales (a plus).
