About the role Great Freight is an early-stage logistics company focused on connecting shippers with reliable, asset-based carriers through relationship-driven introductions. We’re looking for an experienced transportation professional to help guide early growth and contribute strategically through industry insight and relationships. This is an advisory role designed for someone who wants to help build a company from the ground up while participating in long-term upside through equity. What you’ll do • Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, and lane focus • Leverage industry relationships to introduce shippers and/or carriers • Advise on best practices across shipper engagement and carrier alignment • Serve as a sounding board for go-to-market and early-stage decisions • Support credibility and trust-building as the company scales What we’re looking for • 7+ years of experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation sales • Strong network across shippers, carriers, or both • Deep understanding of full-truckload operations • Strategic, relationship-driven mindset • Interest in early-stage companies and long-term value creation What we offer • Equity participation aligned with contribution (no cash investment required) • Flexible involvement and schedule • Opportunity to influence strategy from an early stage • Collaborative, advisory role with real impact Additional information This role includes equity participation to reflect advisory involvement and long-term alignment.
