We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Telematics Product Manager/Senior Telematics Product Manager to support the development, scaling, and lifecycle management of Telematics-enabled insurance products and programs. This role will contribute to business readiness assessments, cross-functional product delivery, and the integration of data assets, claims capabilities, and program offerings such as usage-based and behavior-based insurance. The ideal candidate will also lead & support the creation of industry-specific programs and help operationalize telematics strategies across business units. This position is located in our Cincinnati office and will work on a hybrid schedule. Remote applicants may be considered if not local to the Cincinnati area. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities • Product Development: Lead & supportthe launch and scaling of telematics-enabled products and program solutions like usage-based and behavior-based insurance. • Lifecycle Management: Contribute to structured product lifecycle planning and facilitate product lifecycle planning and coordinate transition to run teams or business units for sustained operational success after launch. • Operational Support: Assist in documentation, training, and handoff processes to ensure smooth integration into business-as-usual operations. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document product requirements; help define repeatable intake and validation processes. • Business Readiness: Participate in readiness assessments and help build tailored playbooks to support strategic alignment across business units. • Claims & Data Integration: Work with claims and data teams to embed telematics capabilities into products and enhance risk assessment models. • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor trends to inform product positioning and ensure product/market fit. • Change Management: Support change initiatives through communication planning, training development, and stakeholder engagement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure product compliance, prioritize initiatives, and manage resource planning. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Communications, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or telematics; insurance industry experience is required • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams • Proven ability to manage products, programs, and projects across the full lifecycle-from strategy to execution and benefits realization • Familiarity with telematics platforms and insurance data workflows is a plus • Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decision making • Demonstrated success in driving change management and fostering collaboration across departments • Comfortable working independently and within fast-paced, dynamic environments • Passion for engaging with others and sharing knowledge about our work • Certifications such as LEAN, ProSci, or related are a plus Business Unit: Business Data and Analytics Benefits: Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
