Serve as the primary contact for leads, conduct consultations, educate prospects on CFO services, and qualify prospects based on revenue and industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred, proven success in sales or business development, ability to explain financial concepts, experience with CRM platforms.
Job Description: • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, outbound efforts, and face-to-face meetings. • Conduct structured consultations to identify urgent needs such as tax inefficiencies, cash flow issues, or lack of financial visibility. • Educate prospects on the value of fractional CFO services beyond basic CPA functions. • Qualify prospects based on revenue size ($5M+), industry, and operational maturity. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Proven success in business development, inside sales, or onboarding. • Ability to explain tax planning, bookkeeping systems, and cash flow management in accessible, professional terms. • Experience with CRM platforms and structured sales sequences.
