The Role: Graybox is looking for a project management rockstar to help manage Graybox’s internal marketing efforts. You will help us with our company go-to-market strategy and generating new leads for our business. This role will take a hands-on approach to improving Graybox's thought leadership in the digital, creative & growth consulting space and assure we have effective messaging to attract new brands to our company. You'll work with directly with our CEO, so you'll learn a lot and do a lot in this role. Responsibilities: Marketing • Responsible to execute internal marketing initiatives for Graybox in areas like Content Marketing, SEO, Ad Management, social media, events, email marketing, Hubspot automations and analytics. • Content Marketing - Managing the schedule, writing, editing and posting of various thought leadership pieces like Articles, Case Studies, Event Summaries, White Papers, etc. You will write some things yourself, but more often you will act as a publisher and gather content from the team. • Manage our Hubspot account — creating and maintaining various automations, updating the CRM, sending newsletters, etc • Work on SEO, both technically on our website and with linkbuilding • Manage basic paid ad campaigns on Linkedin and Google. • Setup and monitor analytics. Do monthly reporting to leadership. • Support Graybox hosting or attending events including research, outreach, invitations and event planning/management • Regularly post to our social media accounts • Help with webinars, long & short-form videos, and other video content • Create visuals (with templates) that match our brand guidelines Sales • Assist our VP of sales with inbound sales qualification • Assist our sales team doing research for targeted outbound campaigns • Working with our Creative team to develop sales materials needed to support the sales process (decks, reports, PDFs, cards, etc) Successful Candidates: • 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing role, preferably for/at a service company • Excellent project management skills • Creative problem solver with ability to work cross-functionally • Understanding of corporate marketing/branding with the ability to implement a strategy with limited direction. • Self-starter who can work independently to educate themselves on everything we do • Thrives with light management — you'll be working on your own tasks with limited checkins • Results motivated Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Salary • 16-20 days PTO + 8 Holidays + 2 days of sick leave • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance (partially paid for you) • $1,000 Annual Education Allowance • 401k + 4% Salary Match, no vesting • Group Term Life insurance • Lots of small benefit options (Disability, Aflac, Pet Insurance, Etc) Location & Remote Work • Role is open to anywhere in the USA, but Portland is preferred. • Must be online and working from 9am - 2pm Pacific time, flexible on other hours • Working while traveling is okay — just do good work on time Company DescriptionGRAYBOX is a digital consulting agency that helps you solve technical challenges, reach your audience and optimize your operations with elegance, utility and expertise.
