We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe work environment. SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-THURSDAY 3PM-3AM (training on 1st shift for a few weeks 3a-3p) Gravure Ink the leading manufacture of Vinyl Lamination paper for the RV, Boating and Housing industry. We are looking for candidates who have great attention to detail and a good eye for quality and who are not afraid to learn new things as this location cross training their employees. These candidates need to be able to think on their feet and be able to multitask. They are in charge of helping set up the rolls on the machine, ensuring the rolls don't have any Quality issues and changing out rolls when they are completed. These candidates are also in charge of sharpening and setting up the blades. Those who work in production may be responsible for different positions including machine operation and/or general labor in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. WHAT WE OFFER: • Family Oriented Environment • Great Benefits • Competitive Pay • Referral program Requirements: • Candidates must have a good work history • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout their shift • Must be able to work efficiently and safety while meeting quality standards • Candidates must have good communication skills • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities • Receiving: Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) • Shipping: Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers. • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements. • Participates in-taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines. • Verifies quantity, checks receiver against shipping bills.
