Job summary We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally. • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing, referrals, and talent databases to identify qualified candidates. • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and strategic hiring needs Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with clients, and delivering top-quality talent across various roles. • Experience with international recruitment is an added advantage.
