Serve as SME, create and present proposals, develop client relationships, contribute to strategy, and execute machine safety assessments.
Requires engineering degree or related certification, 3-5 years in sales and account management, knowledge of machine safety and project management, plus strong communication and mentorship skills.
Job Description: • serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group • create comprehensive proposals based on client win strategies • assess pricing, identify potential risks, craft winning proposals • effectively present proposals to clients • architect and present customer solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences • develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients • collaborate with the Practice group to contribute to the group's direction and strategy development • investigate for potential and upcoming work and observe for potential client needs • execute machine safety assessments and/or consulting services for key clients • engage, support & participate in company decisions Requirements: • B.Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or Related Engineering Degree and/or Technology Diploma/Certification • TUV Rhineland or Nord certification a plus • minimum of 3-5 years experience in a team-based environment, account management, and sales functions • strong knowledge of a sales process, and engineering design principles and processes relating to machine safety • involved in Machine Safety facet of automation projects • knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development • strong mentorship and communication skills, customer-centric mindset Benefits: • competitive and comprehensive compensation package • retirement plan • company paid benefits • flexible work hours • education/career development program
