About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Implementation Consultant located in the United States to lead and deliver end-to-end implementation projects. You will guide clients through onboarding, configuration, testing, and successful adoption of our solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex client engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead full implementation project cycles from discovery through post-production support. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. Conduct needs assessments and convert business requirements into functional solutions. Configure, test, and validate system features and integrations. Build implementation plans, timelines, and documentation. Provide client training, demos, and best-practice guidance. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. Identify optimization opportunities and resolve technical issues. Required Qualifications Must currently reside in the United States. Must have legal authorization and the right to work in the USA. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of implementation consulting or systems integration experience. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Experience with enterprise systems, SaaS environments, or API integrations. Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting. Preferred Qualifications PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Experience with automation tools, workflow systems, or data integrations. Background in management consulting or enterprise software.
