Client Service Associate (Part-Time) | Registered Investment Advisor Location: Temecula, CA (Remote options available for qualified candidates; preference for local candidates available for in-person collaboration) Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience About Us: We are an independent Registered Investment Advisor serving approximately 60 affluent households, including retirees and business owners, with a minimum of $500K in investable assets. Our practice is built on personalized service, proactive communication, and helping clients achieve their financial goals with confidence. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing practice. This role combines client service excellence with administrative support, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and manage advisor's calendar • Process account paperwork, transfers, and client requests • Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless client experience • Follow up with online leads to confirm appointments and gather information • Prepare materials for client meetings and reviews • Maintain accurate client records in CRM system • Serve as a liaison between clients and the advisor • Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in a client service role at a wirehouse, RIA, or similar financial services firm • Strong experience with Charles Schwab platforms • Proficiency with CRM systems and client management software • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Advyzon and RightCapital (or similar financial planning software) • Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain) • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and investment terminology • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients What We Offer: • Flexible part-time schedule • Opportunity to work with a quality client base • Professional, collaborative work environment • Potential for increased responsibilities and hours as the practice grows To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your relevant experience to [your email/contact method].
