Job Description: • Strengthen Granicus’ internal messaging by delivering clear, timely, and consistent communications that support organizational goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal storytelling • Manage internal communication channels and content • Support company-wide communication initiatives • Monitor communication metrics to identify data-driven opportunities to improve employee engagement Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate communication function • BA/BS in marketing, communications or another related field is preferred • Strong written communication skills • Experience with social media platforms and postings, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn • Experience collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Ability to use data and metrics to inform communication strategies • Comfort with new technologies, including AI • Experience in event coordination and communication logistics • Proficiency with digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: • Employee branding internally and externally via social platforms • Event planning and logistics for company initiatives
