A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER Do you thrive on seeing a project through from idea to completion? Are you energized by building relationships, brainstorming solutions, and driving results? If so, you'll love being a Project Manager at Granger. As a Project Manager, you will: * Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication. * Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking. * Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating. * Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track. * Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff. * Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM * A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. * A proactive mindset with the tenacity to solve challenges and meet deadlines. * The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail. * A knack for learning and adapting to new construction management tools.
