Blending timeless streetwear aesthetics with aspirational leisure, GRAM is designed for mature, style-conscious men who value quality, legacy, and lifestyle. As we expand our digital presence, we’re seeking a highly creative, visually-driven intern to support and grow our content pipeline across social media platforms and beyond. Role Description We're hiring a Social Media Content Intern & Creative Assistant to join our small, agile creative team. This is a hands-on internship designed for someone with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, strong social media instincts, and a passion for fashion, branding, or lifestyle marketing. You’ll assist in executing our social strategy by designing content (photo, video, reels), scheduling posts, and contributing to campaign shoots and creative direction. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, who will provide brand assets, vision, and messaging goals on a 2-week content cycle. • Create 7–10 branded content pieces weekly (photo carousels, Reels, TikToks, IG Stories, GIFs, short clips) • Schedule posts bi-weekly across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (using tools like Meta Planner or Later) • Design visuals and write captions that align with GRAM’s brand voice and tone • Assist with content planning, photo/video shoot coordination, and on-set creative direction • Help organize and repurpose content for the GRAM website and Shopify blog • Interpret creative briefs into fast-moving, polished digital content • Bring new ideas to the table—platform trends, styling ideas, story angles Qualifications • Strong visual design instincts — you know how to make content look and feel right • Comfortable designing for mobile-first platforms (IG, TikTok, Reels) • Quick content creator with proficiency in: • CapCut, TikTok native editor, Instagram Reels • Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or comparable apps like Canva, VN, VSCO, InShot) • Bonus: Interest in fashion, streetwear, music culture, or lifestyle branding • Strong communicator who’s reliable, creative, and ready to take initiative Must Submit • A link to your portfolio, TikTok/IG Reels, or visual content samples • Any personal brand/social handles that show off your visual content skills • Optional: class projects, student work, edited moodboards, brand concepts • EMAIL TO GRAM@GRAMLABEL.COM Internship Details • 3-month internship (12 weeks) • Remote/flexible work hours, occasional in-person creative shoots (Atlanta) • Qualifies for course credit (if enrolled in marketing, fashion, or design program) • Stipend available – to be discussed during interview stage • Potential to grow into paid Creative Assistant role post-internship Ideal For Students or Recent Grads in: • Fashion Marketing / Merchandising • Digital Media / Content Creation • Graphic Design / Visual Communication • Social Media Strategy • Branding / Lifestyle Marketing Apply now if you're a fast-moving creative with an eye for visual storytelling and a passion for fashion or lifestyle brands, we'd love to hear from you.
