We’re hiring full-time Warehouse Associates! You’ll report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and work closely with other team members to accomplish a variety of warehouse tasks. Join us at: 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188. Note: Starting in 2026, operations at this location will transition to a new, highly automated, 500,000 square-foot warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. Throughout this transition, we’ll seek to retain as many team members as possible in the new location or in other local Grainger facilities. The longer you stay to help serve our customers, the more you’ll earn with wage increases, quarterly bonuses, merit increases and more designed to recognize your impact. Facility reassignments will occur over many months with opportunities for relocation assistance, and we will treat all team members with fairness and respect as we’ve always done over our 96-year history. Shifts: Day shift: Distribution Center Associate • FT Monday - Friday with 9/9:30am start time Night shift: Distribution Center Associate • FT Sunday – Wednesday Night 4x10 shift (four, 10-hour days) from 9pm - 7:30am Annual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus: In 2024, all team members will receive a $1/hr pay increase as a stay incentive. In 2025, it will become a $2/hr increase as a stay incentive. In addition, all team members will receive a $1,500 bonus for each quarter they employed through building closure. Relocation Assistance: Interested team members will be eligible for relocation assistance in moving to our new Grasham, Oregon, facility in 2026. Details will be provided in 2025 as the move gets closer.
