We’re one of the largest full service TikTok Shop Partner agencies. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram. The Role: As an Account Executive at Grail, you’ll be driving new business and partnership opportunities for Grail. It will also involve upselling our existing clients on our TikTok Shop services and longer term marketing plans. This role requires someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, and is highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities. Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours. The role will include: Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, but also international clients entering the US market Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members Owning the strategy in your target region Working with our existing clients to expand the US market Research and identify potential partners Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit Requirements: Must have 1-2 years sales experience as a minimum Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok Shop
