Graham Technologies is seeking a Capture Analyst to support our Business Development (BD) team by conducting research, analysis, and reporting to help identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities. This role is responsible for gathering competitive intelligence, tracking opportunities, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that inform capture strategies and proposal development. Location: Hybrid Position Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research on federal, state, and commercial opportunities using tools such as SAM.gov, GovWin, FPDS, USAspending, and other databases. • Analyze competitor activity, customer trends, and procurement forecasts to support capture and bid/no-bid decisions. • Track pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Deltek, or equivalent). • Develop reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for capture managers, business development leads, and executives. • Assist in gathering and organizing past performance, win themes, and competitive positioning data. • Support price-to-win (PTW) analyses and data modeling for competitive bids. • Collaborate with proposal and capture teams to ensure alignment of strategy, compliance, and execution. • Monitor win rates, pipeline health, and other performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1-3 years of experience in business development, market research, capture support, or competitive intelligence (government contracting experience preferred). • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights. • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools. • Familiarity with government contracting lifecycle, capture process, and proposal development is a plus. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Desired Skills: • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Deltek GovWin, or equivalent). • Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS). • Prior experience supporting capture/proposal teams in a GovCon environment.
