Full Description

We are looking for an HR Partner who will help our clients improve their HR processes, implement modern solutions to develop their businesses, and attract new companies to collaborate with our system. If you have a strong network in the HR field, know how to build long-term relationships, and can effectively present innovative tools, we are waiting for you! What you will do: • Assist our clients in implementing and effectively using the Grade system to automate HR processes. • Attract new companies to collaborate through your network. • Consult clients on optimizing their HR processes. • Deliver presentations about our platform's capabilities to potential partners. • Foster trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with companies. What we expect from you: • A well-established network in the HR field, among recruiters and company executives. • The ability to build partnerships and work with clients at different levels. • Understanding of modern HR processes and trends. • Experience working with HR automation systems like Grade (or a willingness to learn). • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
