What You'll Do: The Social Media Specialist will execute creative, results-driven paid, owned, and earned social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, boost web traffic and sales, and support broader business goals. The Social Media Specialist is the digital storyteller, data-driven marketer, and social media expert that thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn strategy into scroll-stopping content. Salary: $70,000-$80,000 yr Location: Carson, CA ​Responsibilities: • Support and execute social media strategies across brands including GracoRoberts, Silmid, SkyGeek, Pacific Coast Composites, and Resin Formulators • Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, that align with brand messaging and industry trends. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with product launches, promotions, trade shows, and other key initiatives. • Develop, manage, and execute social media content calendars for multiple brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships with customers and industry professionals. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new social media tools and features • Implement paid social media and YouTube advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales Required skills: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. • Minimum 3 years' experience managing social media channels in B2B(required), preferably in aerospace, chemicals, or manufacturing industries • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Youtube Ads Manager). • Demonstrated success in growing engagement and executing both paid and organic B2B campaigns • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements: To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
