Values Family, Dependability, Inclusion, Curiosity, Humility Your Role Director of International Sales is responsible for building and enhancing strong relationships with all key customers and employees in their area. The responsibilities include managing all financial aspects of the sales and operations process to achieve the approved EBITDA numbers for the region. Clear communication, educating, and leadership for the sales and operations staff in all aspects of Grabber. The compensation package includes variable compensation, as a percentage of base pay, measured by performance to plan targets. Plan targets will be two-fold - regional EBITDA and company EBITDA. Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for all sales execution, revenue, and profit • Works collaboratively with other departments to enhance sales and operations • Supervises, directs, and provides leadership (International excluding Canada) • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer partners, sales management, CFO, President and CEO levels. • Understands each sales-person’s books of business, provides direction to the sales staff to help influence our customer’s ability to maximize sales orders and category growth initiatives. • Establishes sales forecasts, sales growth, gross, net margin, operational expenses for the sales and operations staff and works to achieve these as goals. • Maintains strong aptitude for learning new concepts. Focus on Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation efforts to provide best possible regional margin. • Makes presentations to small and large groups on the features and benefits of Grabber. • Responsible to price and position products in his/her regional area to have set programs in place for the sales staff. • Ensures all customer price lists are accurately maintained. • Travels to meet with key customers to enhance Grabber value and introduce new products. • Provides resolutions for issues with customers. • Coordinates with VP Supply Chain and International Sales any new ideas that require research & development of new products and assists with market related research. Identify product trends and anticipate innovation. • Develops strong working relationships with Sourcing, Marketing and Product development teams. • Provides support for and implements the programs initiated by the company and senior management and makes recommendations for such programs. • Completes project assignments on time as assigned. • Provides annual review of all staff under his/her direction. • Industry and Trade Show participation as required. • Performs similar work-related duties as assigned. Minimum Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; business, finance, supply chain, marketing, or communications emphasis preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in sales, supply chain or marketing position(s), or 5+ years’ experience with Grabber. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Computer skills including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Selling, negotiating, financial, business writing and analytical skills. • Knowledge of related industry. Work Conditions • Some International travel required (estimated 25-35%); ability to travel without restriction to attend meetings and training as needed.
