GQR – Permanent Healthcare Recruiter 11/4 and 12/9 Start Dates 14th St, New York, New York Hybrid - In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - REQUIRED 8 AM - 6 PM Daily Schedule GQR is hiring Healthcare Recruiters to join our Permanent Team within our Healthcare Division based out of our NYC office. In this 180-recruitment desk role, Recruiters within our Permanent Team are responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top Clinical Professionals in permanent positions at healthcare facilities nationwide. The Opportunity: • Source, interview, and build lasting relationships with Nurses (RNs), Allied Health Professionals, and other Clinical Experts via phone, email, and other avenues. • Match top-tier healthcare professionals with long-term, full-time roles at healthcare facilities across the U.S. • Guide candidates through the full hiring process, from initial interview to offer acceptance and onboarding. • Manage offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. What You Bring: • 2+ years of direct hire/perm recruitment agency experience required • Previous Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred • 360 desk recruitment experience preferred • A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles and exceeding recruitment targets. • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. • Knowledge of healthcare hiring trends, workforce demands, and market dynamics. • An athlete’s mindset: competitive, self-accountable, action-oriented, and driven If you are passionate about healthcare recruitment and looking for an opportunity to drive impactful, long-term career placements, we’d love to hear from you!
