Assist participants with platform navigation, manage communications, moderate meetings, and track attendance in a remote setting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites, experience in facilitation or customer service, and ability to work independently remotely.
Job Description: • Ensure a seamless participant experience by handling administrative tasks with precision • Manage program communications across email, Slack, and HubSpot • Assist participants with navigation and troubleshooting in Zoom and other platforms • Develop and maintain participant support resources • Moderate Zoom meetings and live support groups • Track attendance and registration using HubSpot and LMS • Conduct sound, video, and connection tests for facilitators Requirements: • Bilingual (English-Spanish) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Experience in customer service, facilitation, coaching, or teaching • Competency with video conferencing tools • High emotional intelligence • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Benefits: • Professional development opportunities
