A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction & Estimating Coordinator. They need someone who is skilled with selling, writing, managing teams and running both residential and commercial losses. They will handle reconstruction and mitigation losses with a heavier focus on reconstruction. Position Requirements • 2 year(s) of administrative or office-related experience • * Experienced with Reconstruction divisions preferred • Experience with the Software Xactimate • Experience in service industry environment • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented • Ability to multi-task Estimating & Documentation: • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate or other estimating software. • Review mitigation and repair scopes to ensure completeness and consistency. • Assist in writing supplements and change orders for insurance carriers and clients Project Coordination: • Coordinate schedules and tasks with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep reconstruction and mitigation projects on track. • Track job progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients. • Ensure work is completed to scope, budget, and timeline. • Order materials and schedule subcontractors as needed.
