Job Description A top, private residential home builder is looking to hire a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager. They offer great compensation along with full benefits and profit sharing. This Purchasing Manager position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager. Purchasing Manager Core Responsibilities Include: • Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary • Add site specific resources and quantities into estimates to customize standard plans for use on specific lots. • Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders • Release purchase orders and schedules • Help create option prices • Support Construction staff during construction of homes • Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras" • Generate monthly base home budget reports • Lead weekly team meetings Let's have a confidential conversation about what would make sense for you in this amazing opportunity.
