Why You’ll Want to Be Here: • Strong year-round backlog with exciting high-visibility projects • Room to grow into leadership or senior-level roles • Excellent location if you’re looking to live and work in a vibrant, growing suburb • Leadership that invests in technology, training, and YOU What You'll Do: • Oversee full-cycle estimating and project management for commercial projects • Prepare detailed take-offs, budgets, cost estimates, and final proposals • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery • Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software for maximum accuracy and efficiency • Collaborate closely with leadership and clients to exceed expectations and drive repeat business • Manage multiple projects from bid through closeout with a focus on safety, cost control, and schedule What We're Looking For: • 4+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or self-perform concrete environments • Proven success bidding and managing commercial or complex scopes • Strong understanding of concrete means, methods, and materials • Proficiency with estimating tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office What You’ll Get: • Top-tier compensation with structured bonus potential • Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and phone • 401(k) with match, full healthcare coverage, generous PTO • Career development and clear advancement path Ready to grow with a company that’s going places?
