They are looking to add a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator to their growing team! Position Overview: As a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator, you will play a critical role in managing and estimating plumbing projects. From blueprint to completion, you’ll help deliver high-impact projects ranging from $1K to multimillion-dollar scopes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Preparing accurate estimates for project costs, materials, and labor—experience with blueprint-based estimating is a plus. • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Travel locally to visit job sites and meet with stakeholders. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in plumbing project management and estimating. • Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing projects. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required). • Willingness to travel locally for project needs.
