What We’re Looking For • At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance. • A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • Familiarity with insurance management systems or CRM software. • Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CISR or CIC.
