What Strong Project Management Looks Like in this role Applying structured frameworks while collaborating within enterprise PMO environments. Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Delivering crisp, actionable updates to stakeholders at all levels. Connecting workstreams and managing dependencies with precision. Tracking KPIs and providing transparent, data‑driven reporting. You move seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic planning. You streamline workflows while maintaining compliance. You absorb information quickly and facilitate leadership‑level conversations with confidence. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (nice to have), especially within HR or L&D programs (highly preferred). Background in performance management systems or talent development platforms. Proven success in high‑intensity, startup‑like settings where you bring your consultative expertise to the client. Strong familiarity with enterprise PMO methodologies. Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital collaboration and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; PMP or similar certification a plus. 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting HR or L&D initiatives. Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms. Why join us?
