Full Description

Job Description: • Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements. • Maintains lines of communication among project team members. • May be responsible for risk management. • Must be available to address the needs of the project effort. • Reports project progress to management. • Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events. • Organizes project committee meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral. • Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings. • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project. • Manages work for the team in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow leveraging Agile methodologies to effectively run projects. • Pulls reports in ServiceNow. • Navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline • 8 years of experience in IT • 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows • Familiarity with government contracting processes, compliance, and documentation standards • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a must have to manage and track day-to-day activities for a variety of different project types • Experience with leveraging Agile methodologies to effectively run projects • Ability to pull reports in ServiceNow • Ability to navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
