Role Overview: As the Service Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating service delivery for our US Coast Guard program. You will ensure seamless integration of threat data and operational intelligence to support mission objectives while leading a team in a hybrid work environment. What You'll Do: - You will correlate threat data from multiple sources to identify patterns and establish threat actor profiles. - You will lead the development and implementation of service management processes aligned with federal standards. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective incident response. - You will manage communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment on service delivery. - You will monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - You will oversee risk management activities related to service operations. - You will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - You will ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management or IT operations, preferably within government or defense sectors. - Strong knowledge of threat intelligence and cybersecurity principles. - Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and service delivery best practices. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with the US Coast Guard or other federal agencies. - Certifications such as ITIL Expert, PMP, or CISSP. - Familiarity with hybrid remote work environments and collaboration tools. - Background in risk management and compliance within federal IT systems.
