What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer user support or IT help desk roles. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network protocols. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, and network devices. - Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, and remote support tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site government environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. - Experience supporting government or federal IT environments. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards. - Knowledge of scripting or automation tools to streamline support tasks.
