Role: Interim Director – Workday Applications Consultant Location: Remote Type: Contract Interview : video Role Overview The Interim Director, Workday Applications Consultant will lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide Workday “big bang” implementation across a hospital system, followed by post–go-live production support. This role owns the end-to-end Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Security, ensuring a stable, scalable, and high-quality ERP environment. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience leading Workday or large-scale ERP systems. Strong experience with hospital or healthcare IT environments. Proven success leading enterprise ERP transformations and big-bang deployments. Expertise in HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Workday Security. Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with quality assurance, governance, and testing methodologies.
