Build and maintain dashboards, analyze sales funnels, forecast revenue, and streamline sales processes.
2-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, proficiency in CRM and reporting tools, strong data analysis skills, and relevant educational background.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Analytics Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that track Lead → account → active customer conversion funnel Key sales activity metrics (calls made, calls connected, accounts created, shifts posted, etc.) Rep productivity and performance benchmarking Demand-side cohort and retention analysis Deliver recurring performance reviews (daily/weekly/monthly) to Sales and Revenue leadership. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the funnel to improve conversion efficiency. Forecasting & Planning Own rolling forecasts for bookings/revenue, incorporating pipeline data, conversion rates, and seasonality. Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to refine forecasting models and scenario plans. Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including headcount and target modeling. Quota Setting & Performance Tracking Design and operationalize rep and team-level quotas based on market opportunity, territory, and historical performance. Track quota attainment and provide insights into performance pacing and risks. Support incentive and compensation planning with accurate and transparent data. Process Optimization Audit and streamline Salesforce (or CRM) workflows and reporting to improve data quality and usability. Partner with RevOps and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent data hygiene and sales process adherence. Develop scalable reporting templates and standard operating procedures for future sales growth. Cross-Functional Partnership Key Competencies: 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics (preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments) Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills (SQL a plus) Strong business acumen with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights Experience supporting high-velocity inside sales or transactional marketplace Learn More: https://joingotu.com/ GoTu Technology, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
