Full Description

Technical Product Manager We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager – Technical (PM-T) to serve as the critical bridge between product strategy and technical execution. This role is central to delivering high-impact, scalable, and user-centric products through disciplined execution across distributed cross-functional teams. As a PM-T, you will own the “how” and “when” of product delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, QA, and external partners (e.g., carriers) to ensure clarity, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of high-quality product features. Key Responsibilities Execution & Delivery • Own end-to-end execution and delivery accountability for features and initiatives. • Drive day-to-day execution across distributed engineering and QA teams. • Ensure delivery discipline and milestone tracking aligned with product roadmaps. Product Development • Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and epics. • Maintain product backlog with a strong focus on priority, scope, and feasibility. • Lead grooming sessions and sprint planning with engineering. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as the primary point of contact for UI/UX, engineering, QA, and partner teams. • Align technical teams with product vision and customer needs. • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on tradeoffs, timelines, and risks. Requirements Ownership • Ensure technical depth and clarity in requirements documentation. • Anticipate and proactively resolve ambiguity in scope, dependencies, and constraints. • Balance business goals with technical complexity and constraints. Qualifications Must-Have • +7 years of proven experience as a Product Manager – Technical, Technical Product Owner, or similar role. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycle. • Experience collaborating with engineers and writing epics/user stories. • Excellent communication and documentation skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro). • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, distributed team environment. Nice to Have • Exposure to cloud services, APIs, and system integrations. • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence Playbooks and Miro boards. What You’ll Get • Opportunity to shape high-impact products used by thousands. • Work with a high-performing product and engineering team. • Supportive onboarding plan with a clear path to ramp up. • Culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement. Expectations & Performance • We hold a high bar for our PM-Ts—and we’re here to help you clear it. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, brings rigor to execution, and is passionate about building the right thing the right way.
